He is a dynamic and charismatic member of the faculty in the department of Social Studies. Mr Madhwal has 25 years of teaching experience with 22 years of service at The Scindia School. Mr Madhwal has a Master's degree in History and has also done B.Ed.
A true Public Schoolmaster he has taken part in cycling expeditions, sports and other co-curricular activities. A person of diverse interests, his hobbies include gardening, listening to music, folk dance and playing drums.
As a person who derives his motivation from the students, Mr Madhwal wishes to see The Scindia School at the pinnacle of glory in all fields. He has been consistently working towards this end and perfectionism can be felt in everything that he undertakes be it the stupendous Board results of his students or the outstanding performance by his mentees in sports and co curriculars.

Dr BS Bhakuni, is a senior faculty member of the Hindi Department with 28 years of teaching experience at The Scindia School. He has done his Post-Graduation in Hindi, a diploma in Linguistics from the Delhi University and a Ph. D on "Pant- kavya ka manovaigyanik adhhyayan".
Dr Bhakuni's understanding of the CBSE Board pattern led to his being given the responsibility of the Head examiner of AISSCE,CBSE Class XII Hindi since the past seven years. For the last two years, he has also been involved with the making of the marking scheme of the Class XII Board paper for the Ajmer zone.
A man of literature Dr Bhakuni is a gifted writer and poet with many of his articles having been published in various magazines and periodicals. As the Dean of Discipline and Student Welfare and Head of Middle School his enthusiastic presence is a great motivation for the boys. His passion for social work has seen the Social Service League engage in several meaningful activities in the course of the year.

Mr Bakshis's motto in life has been “The Scindia School before self”. Having spent 37 years in School, he has been involved in all spheres of School life and is looked upon as a role model by the students and teachers alike. Mr Bakshi took his first degree from Lakshmibai National College of Physical Education in Sports in year 1976 and later pursued his second degree, a post graduation in Physical Education and Sociology. He was one of the fastest short distance runners of his time. But more compelling than his accomplishments, as impressive as they are, are the qualities of integrity, enthusiasm, determination, creativity, and passion for his work in school. As a Dean of Sports he is responsible for providing leadership and vision to the Department of Sports in running the school Sports program. His endeavour has been to ensure that boys enjoy the sport/game of their choice to the maximum. He often says “sports can have a powerful impact on the education and character of the students who participate; on the field one learns important lesson of winning and losing; allowing one self to lead and be led and to accept defeat with grace are the few important lessons which no text book can teach”. He brings with him the leadership Skills, strategic Development plans, Media Planning and Management and event management. He is an advisor and is on the board of various schools for he specializes in upgrading sporting infrastructure.

The Head of Department - Arts, he has been with The Scindia School since 1988. Mr Chowdhury holds a Master's degree in painting from Vishwa Bharti University. He is an artist of considerable repute, and his works have been on display along with the likes of SH Raza and MF Hussain at exhibitions. His body of work also finds mention in “The History of Modern Indian Painting” by Krishna Chaitanya. His passions, other than art, range from gardening to a game of football. Mr Khan Chowdhury is a teacher characterized by his progressive outlook and scientific approach and is remembered fondly as such by parents, and by alumni who were once his students.

An affectionate teacher, nothing provides Mr Khan Chowdhury greater joy than to see his students excel in school, and thereafter in their professions.
