Teacher Training Masterclass

A transformative Teacher Training Masterclass was conducted at The Scindia School in the assembly hall by Ms. Amrita Burman, Director of Sunbeam Group of Institutions, for around 120 teachers from the Gwalior region.
The session, titled ‘Enhancing Teacher Growth: Pathways to Upskilling for Boosting Student Efficacy,’ highlighted the role of technology, data analytics, AI, action research, and mentorship programs in driving student success.
Ms. Burman emphasized the importance of recognizing, motivating, and giving feedback to educators, while encouraging teachers to support students by listening, fostering curiosity, and promoting research-driven learning.
A parallel session for the school principals - Principals' Conclave was held in the library where the main topic of discussion centred around the role of Principals in building the teaching and learning culture and the importance of in-service and professional teacher training for better teaching-learning practices. The issues of ‘teachers by choice vs by chance’ was also deliberated upon.
