Young Leaders Conclave

78 Students from all over the country participated at the “Young Leaders Conclave” held at Modern School Vasant Valley from 10th - 14th August, 2019. The conclave entailed extensive intellectual work and encouraged the boys to put their thinking caps on. The theme was “Design Thinking along with Ethical Leadership.” The students were forced to think what is ethical in different spheres of life.
The workshop was conducted by Dr Rael Futerman who is the Co-Founder & Chief Learning Officer at CARTEDO in Cape Town Area, South Africa. The entire workshop revolved around personality development and the spirit of enterprise. The engaging workshop was a perfect balance of practical and theory. Case studies, field trips and hands-on experience, provided efficacy to the learning process.
The conclave provided Scindians a deep insight into the skills of the 21st century like problem solving, conflict resolution and design thinking.
