Walk-a-thon

From 3^rd – 5^th March, Walk-a-thon for classes IX, X and XI was held. The event was much awaited by the Scindian fraternity, be it students or teachers. The long period of lockdown during the time of the pandemic and the prolonged staying away from the portals of the school, with them glued to their screens during online classes has given little opportunity to students to mobilize their physical energy. This event was an attempt to bring them back into their physical routine. The rules were simple—no running. Teachers were present at a gap of every 100 meters as observers. Classes had to compete section-wise, and no section had its adrenaline levels low. The competition started with fast, competitive legs and ended with fun and laughter. Students supported each other in walking and made sure that everyone completes the Walk-a-thon, which obviously, was an amazing sight for everybody.
