Suryodaya IT Fest 2025

The 20th edition of the Suryodaya IT Fest was inaugurated on April 8th by Principal Mr. Ajay Singh in the Assembly Hall of The Scindia School. A vibrant cultural presentation and an inspiring talk on the purpose of the fest marked the opening ceremony. Held under the theme “AI for Good: Shaping a Better Tomorrow”, the fest celebrated creativity, code, and curiosity—values nurtured since the fest’s inception in 2006.
Participants from prestigious schools such as Mayo College, Mayo Girls, LK Singhania Education Centre (Gotan), and Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya competed in diverse events like programming, movie-making, web design, and 3D modeling. ASUS powered the event by showcasing their latest gaming laptops, used in high-energy gaming and design contests. The final day saw intense competitions. LK Singhania bagged top spots in Informatica and Webcraft, while Mayo College topped the Movie Making event. The Scindia School emerged as the overall champion, lifting the coveted trophy.
The closing ceremony featured a soul-stirring sitar recital by Medhansh Trivedi and a keynote by alumnus Archit Mehrotra. Vice Principal Ms. Smita Chaturvedi expressed heartfelt thanks to all participating schools, judges from IIITM and Udaan Digital, and ASUS for their support.
