IPSC Band Competition 2023-24

The participating schools captivated the audience with the tunes played by the Pipe Bands and Brass Bands. The Chief Guest of the Closing Ceremony was DIG Gwalior- Ms Krishna Veni Deshavatu . In her speech, the Chief Guest appreciated the Bands and told them that the activity teaches ‘camaraderie’. In a Band individual performance is not important; it is the group sound that matters.
The Principal, Mr Ajay Singh welcomed the Chief Guest and profusely appreciated the performances. In the ‘Brass Band’ category, The Scindia School was declared the ‘Winners’ and Sainik School, Kapurthala, the ‘Runner Up’. In the ‘Pipe Band’ category, Rajkumar College, Rajkot was declared the ‘Winner’ and Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai, the ‘Runner Up’. The trophy for the ‘Best Drill and Band Major’ was shared between Vansh Pratap Singh of The Scindia School and Tej Pal Singh of Sainik School, Kapurthala.
